Mr. Deepak Parmar

Chairman

Mr. Deepak Parmar of the third generation joined Pal Exports in 1979. He is a distinguished individual having more than four decades of core experience in the Textile Industry and in various operational matters like corporate planning, project development, and corporate advisory/management. His visionary leadership has, over the years, helped Pal Exports to grow from strength to strength.

Mr. Hemin Parmar

CEO

Mr. Hemin Parmar has accumulated rich experience in the Textile and Garment Manufacturing Industry, spanning 17 years. Throughout his professional life, Mr. Parmar has an illustrious track record of having introduced efficient manufacturing processes along with cost reduction in manufacturing operations. Post his graduation, he enriched his management skills through IIM-Calcutta’s Senior Management Program. Mr. Hemin Parmar is a passionate leader who believes in adopting a system-oriented approach towards business.

Mrs. Shweta Parmar

Mrs. Shweta Parmar is a versatile HR professional with close to 15 years of extensive experience, during which she has worked in different facets within the HR function. Prior to joining Pal Exports in 2010, Mrs. Shweta worked as the Human Resources Head at Fortis Hospitals and Suburban Diagnostic. During her tenure at Pal Exports, she has played a vital role in refining and setting industry standards when it comes to factory compliance procedures.

Mr. Mohan Kapadia

COO

Mr. Mohan Kapadia has been a part of Pal Exports for over four decades, working with all four generations of the Parmar clan. He has extensive experience in production of various types of products of Spinning, Twisting, Texturising, Weaving & Fabric processing. Mohan & his team manages the complete day to day operations across factories from Production to Exporting goods.
