Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. This role involves significant data scraping responsibilities, along with managing email communications and maintaining accurate databases. The ideal candidate will be efficient, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Scrape data from specified sources to compile comprehensive and accurate databases.
– Process and enter high volumes of data into our database software with precision.
– Manage email communications, including sorting, filing, and responding to emails as needed.
– Assist in maintaining up-to-date and organized records and files.
– Collaborate with various departments to verify data accuracy and completeness.
– Generate and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents as required.
– Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in data entry, data scraping, and email management.
– Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management software.
– Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
– Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
– High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office administration is a plus.
